The District Attorney's Office says the charges against the man accused of firing shots at "Dog the Bounty Hunter" last month have been dropped. Hoang Nguyen was facing attempted homicide charges. It all started at 7:30 p.m. on April 21 at the Galley Apartments at 3617 E. Uintah. According to police, Colorado Springs bail bondsman Bobby Brown and TV personality Duane Chapman were attempting to execute a warrant. The original report said when Nguyen saw "Dog" approaching, he pulled out a gun and fired at least one shot. However, police say there is no evidence, meaning shell cases or property damage, to prove that a shot was fired. Or maybe it's not! "DRIVE IT LIKE YOU STOLE IT"
