I have a buyer that has not paid for the vehicle and has not given me any indication that he is intending to complete the sale. He seems to always have another question for me after I have already answered several of them. I don't mind answering questions, but most buyers ask them during the active auction and not after they won the bid. This buyer asked no questions during the time that the auction was open. Item #2 Auction # 220459432021 Seller ID - 815_bargin_seller Buyer ID - dowso2 Vehicle: 2005 Chevy Impala VIN# 2G1WF55K559375453 Payment - None No pre inspection was done This buyer has never had any contact with me, when I called the number that is listed for him it was Meijer's Grocery store in Lansing Mi. The address belongs to them as well. Can I file an unpaid item dispute now or do I have to wait a specific period of time? When would I be able to do a second chance offer to the next bidder? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
