I, along with several other buyers, contacted the Attorney General and okay to file geplaints against this seller. Luckily, I won my money back, but other people have lost lots of money to this seller. Here is my story:
I bid and won a car from seller, 412 Jackie aka a4dableautos. The seller's description was fraudulent. The description directly under the photos of the car listed the car as a 1989 car. In actuality, the car is a 1987. I noticed this after I paid my $500 deposit and contacted the seller by phone and e-mail. She did not return my calls or respond to e-mails until I stated that I did not feel gefortable paying for a car when I my bid was based on getting a 1989 car. She dismissed the fraudulent information and stated that the vehicle is being sold as is and refused to return my deposit. She then re-listed the car and sold it to someone else. This seller should be removed from okay. Be careful. If you cross her, she begees vicious and knows how to work this system. She takes advantage of buyers and keeps deposits. She has an "unsatisfactory" rating with the Better Business Bureau. Look up Ace Tech Auto on the Better Business Bureau . org website. Once she gets your money, she will not resond to emails or phone calls. The seller, 412jackie,also goes by several different names including a4dableautos (most recently), All Pro Auto Mall, allproautomall15317, autos-and-sports, locastro21, Francis15317, cardealerone,Ace Tech Auto Sales
