Ever wonder - what does that mean? MWMT, BN, NIB... ETC? I have gone through alot of the okay listings to see what people are using as Abbreviations in their title headings and some even had me stumped! Here are some basics and then some way out in the field abbreviations that I have seen used.
Example:10pc lot NB Womens Clothing NWTs Sz 1x -
What they are really saying is: 10 piece lot of name brand clothing new with tags in a size 1x.
Here is a list of some abbreviations to help you understand what people are writing about! (Mind you these are not all - when in doubt PLEASE contact the seller) I even saw one that said CD located in jewelry. gee to find out the seller makes her own jewerly and those are her initials.
BN - BRAND NAME OR BRAND NEW - Depending on the listing (clothes, toys etc)
BNS - BRAND NEW SEALED
NWT - NEW WITH TAGS
NWOT - NEW WITHOUT TAGS
NIB - NEW IN BOX
MIB - MINT IN BOX
BIN - BUY IT NOW - They have an auction price as well as a Buy it now price
MC - MINT CONDITION
MNBP - MINT NO BOX PROVIDED - usually on Hotwheels cars
NR - NO RESERVE
LR - LOW RESERVE
PC - PIECE
LN - LIKE NEW
GU - GENTLY USED -
LTD ED - LIMITED EDITION
IN - INCH
FT - FOOT
FS - FACTORY SEALED - Usually on Cd or VHS, or DVD, Games
S/S - SHORT SLEEVE
L/S - LONG SLEEVE
PRT - PART OR PARTIAL
PERM - PERMANENT
4WD - 4 WHEEL DRIVE
