Ripped Off

I purchased a set of LED brake light bulbs for my car from japan_d1. I live in Mexico so the bulbs were sent to a friend in Texas who was geing to visit. I went ahead and wrote a good review for the speed in which they shipped but I had to wait another month to get the bulbs as that was when my friend was arriving. The problem was the bulbs are advertised with a 50,000 hour bulb life and one of them did not last two months! When I contacted the seller he basically told me, "Too bad!". I reminded him that his ad says satisfaction guaranteed which apparently means nothing as he said it also says "no returns and no refunds" So how is "satisfaction guaranteed"? I contacted okay Square Trade and they said since it was under $25 they would not help. Do not write good reviews until you are sure the item is as promised. That is your only recourse when it is under $25. In the picture you can see the loose wire on the back of the bulb.

under $25 they would not help.
